I bought the Elemis bestseller package but unfortunately did not add the code for my free gift. cancelled the order within the hour and began an hour long chat (live chat service). I was informed - The free gift can not be sent separately. The order will be shipped, even if we cancel now and I would have to pay for the return. Knowing they are shipping an item that will be returned??? As a gesture of good will a 15% discount can be added and a gift card of €10. Not much of a gesture when taking into account the 15% discount is for ALL new customers and €10 considering we missed out on a gift worth €120. Very poor customer service and clearly a flawed system. Cancelling the order or sending the gift separately would have been easy fixes and better option for both parties.
